Great communication. I emailed asking if she could make a sweatshirt with bows on the side for my granddaughter in youth small, since I had purchased one for my daughter and she asked if I could get one for my granddaughter. I got a reply right away that she could and sent me the link to be able to pay. I had the sweatshirt now long after.

The embroidery is beautiful and detailed, not that cheap printed look you sometimes get. It holds up perfectly after washing too — no fading or fraying. I’ve gotten so many compliments every time I wear it. It’s cozy, stylish, and feels really well made. Definitely worth every penny
